About Kickdynamic & the Account Manager role

To achieve this, we need a personable, curious, and technically minded account manager to join our small yet mighty team. You’ll get to work with some of the biggest brands around and you will be responsible for helping them shape and deliver their live email and personalization strategies. Account Manager Responsibilities
You will support clients in the strategic planning, implementation and execution of Open Time content automation, personalization and relevancy across all of their email marketing activity. This is a strategic, consultative type role that requires somebody with confidence, creativity and the drive to push brands to try new things and to be bold. In short, you’ll help brands send better email.
- Drive successful experiences for our clients from the minute they sign up with Kickdynamic. This includes onboarding, strategic planning, platform training & support, implementation, adoption and on-going review and management.
- Be the go-to person for the brands you manage. You’ll be their day-to-day contact, pushing their strategy forwards, collaborating, providing recommendations to ensure the best performance, working on results & reporting.
- Be a Kickdynamic platform expert. You’ll need to know the platform inside out and back to front so that you can answer any question a client asks. You’ll translate customer business objectives into effective use of the Kickdynamic platform.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner as they arise and liaise with our developers & engineers for technical solutions and custom projects.
- General account management activities – frequent client calls, project management, support and strategy advice.
- Contract renewal, growth, and negotiation. Our account managers know our clients best, so they manage the renewal process.
- Maintain our exceptional retention rate and identify growth opportunities within your accounts.
- Identify case study opportunities for your clients and assist the Marketing team with pulling together the content.
- Amplify customer success. Share customer success with other customers to inspire them and drive growth and adoption.
- Reply to support requests from clients and manage campaign builds using our ticketing system.
About you
- 1-2 years of account management experience OR
- 1-2 years email marketing / CRM experience OR
- 1-2 years account management at a SAAS company
- Enthusiastic & curious (willing to get stuck in and figure out a puzzle!)
- Great at communicating
- Attention to detail
- Organised and eager to push projects forwards
- Ability to work autonomously
- Confident presenting via Zoom or in person (eventually!)
- Basic HTML knowledge a bonus
- Second language a bonus (Italian is an even bigger bonus!)
